We aim to keep the entire transcription process as easy and streamlined as possible.  There is no contract to be entered into or requirement to create an account.  There is no additional software to install and we have eliminated the need to complete lengthy introductory forms with your enquiry.

You don’t need to be “tech-savvy” to use our system.  After our initial communication, audio files can be sent either as an email attachment or uploaded via our secure encryption service.

Once we receive your audio file we will confirm receipt and advise when you may expect your typed report.  We will type your transcription directly onto your personal letterhead and follow your formatting instructions or you can speak with us regarding template creation.

There are a variety of systems currently being used for dictation.  We can accept most recordings including dss, dss2, dss pro, mp3, wma, wav and aiff.

Standard guidelines dictate one hour of audio can take anywhere from three to five hours to transcribe depending on factors including background noise, clarity of voice, poor recordings etc.  As experienced medico-legal transcribers, we generally allocate 3½ hours to transcribe one hour of clear audio files.
